| Bio: | Diego is our first dog. I NEVER thought I would have a dog and now I can't imagine life without him. In March, 08 DH and I found an ad for him. At the time he was 9 mos. old, already crate trained. We didn't tell our daughter (now 11), in case it didn't work out. We arranged to meet him and it was "right" as soon as we walked in the door. He was playful and sweet and very happy. It was such a surprise for our daughter who absolutely loves him. Now that he is in our lives I totally "get" dog-people. You just can't understand the bond until you experience it for yourself. His hearing is amazing, he knows when the school bus is coming and runs to the door, tail wagging. He hears when DH's car is pulling up and goes CRAZY. He knows the sound my car locks make and is always happy to see me. Diego loves the UPS guy b/c he often gives him treats. So if your walking and the big brown truck drives by - hold on tight! | ||||||||||||
